Order Policy

All orders are final sales. Gateau du Ciel requires a 2 week notice for booking. Late orders, are those placed for less then 2 weeks, cannot be promised and are based on availability.  The late charge of $25 will be added and full payment due if confirmed therefore, it is best to secure your date immediately.  Please be advised that your inquiry does NOT secure GDC's commitment, as orders are secured on a paid first come first serve basis. All on time orders require a 50% non-refundable retainer upon ordering to secure the date. 

Please be informed that our orders per week may be limited.  If an order is cancelled, the retainer is non-refundable. 

The final payment is due ONE week before the order is due.  Money exchanges will NOT be made upon pick up or delivery. You will be responsible for any fees that are applied according to the payment method used. Therefore, you will need to confirm which method of payment will be made.
