Gateau du Ciel is a certified MWBE bakery business located in Southeast Queens, N.Y., servicing all 5 boroughs and Long Island. We have also extended services to Westchester and Rockland County and various parts of NJ.
Marie Bryant is the CEO of the company and cake artist. She has over 20 years of informal baking experience and is self-taught in developing the intermediate skill of cake decorating. This resulted in the establishing of Gateau du Ciel formally in 2017.
Gateau du Ciel specializes in making quality custom cakes which are made to express a personal touch, as it blends with a theme and enhance the dessert table for any and every occasion. We also offer delicious baked goods and an array of sweet treats. Our goal is to “elevate your sweet desires”. This simply means to offer our clients a new concept of cake presentation and style that is beautifully unique, while intentionally creating an edible focal point that can also be deceiving. All this while, introducing and awakening the palette to an adventure of delightful flavors. Our pleasure is that our customers will have a satiable experience when having our products. Gateau caters to all of its customers by providing focus to the smallest detail with exceptional customer service. We cater to birthdays, weddings, anniversary, graduations, company events, family gatherings or just because.
We provide freshly prepared goods at all times during business operation to assure freshness. We have an array of cake flavors and filling selections to satisfy cravings.
Our dessert offers include cheesecakes, banana pudding, mango pie, and our very popular homemade toffee candy. Our cupcake bouquets are sure to be appreciated as they are designed and presented as a gift for to celebrate any occasion!!
Our desserts and baked goods are all made from FDA approved ingredients and features high quality imported spices varying from Mexico to the Caribbean islands. All products are made to order and usually require a two week notice to ensure supplies needed are readily available and delivered in a timely manner.
